Patient complained about long standing edentulousness. He was a denture wearer for over 5 years, and now was looking for fixed teeth options. On CBCT of the maxilla (Upper Jaw), he had severe bone loss and conventional endosteal implants could not be planned. Mesio- Distal bone (Width of the bone) was very less for performing Indirect sinus lift or even Direct sinus lifts.
