All on X Implants- Bilateral Zygomas, Bilateral Pterygoids and single Incisive

Patient had a fixed lower jaw implants (All on 4 in the Mandible), however, Upper Jaw (Maxilla) had absolutely no bone. She had consulted several dentists and many of them had advised a removable denture. The denture became loose and she was not happy. Hence a treatment plan of All on 5 was planned and executed.
