Quad Zygoma with Incisive

Denture wearer for over 10 years, now wants to check the feasibility of fixed teeth so that she could be more confident during her grandson’s marriage. On CBCT, maxilla was completely devoid of bone and hence the only option was a Quad Zygoma.
